If your reading this, I hope you're looking for something. Whether you're looking for a step along your journey to your best physical performance or you need a strong hand to pull you out of a hole because you're stuck. This blog will be an exploration into the many aspects of your body. I hope you find this information helpful whether you are a client, a future client, a movement professional, or simply curious about your body. Getting to your physical goals takes more than just movement and exercise it takes determination and you'll encounter doubts along the way until you start to truly experience what you think performance should FEEL like. This is critical whether we're talking about the actual physical performance of a task or whether you decide to participate in moving your body at all based on what you feel. We are all sensitive human beings and in order for us to thrive we need to put ourselves in an environment where we can integrate these components together. It is my goal to help you establish that physical environment where your body is thriving. We also have to remember that this environment includes the rest of your life which if it's anything like mine is a balance of work, rest, nutrition, family, training, and fun. Sometimes there's an important compromise to be struck in there....more on that later
